Life In The Old City

photo campaign

The photo campaign is classified under the social and cultural activities and aims at informing the people about the old city and its historical importance .

the campaign started on the fifth of MAY 2004 through launching advertisement in :

  • Youth gathering centers cultural centers , universities

  • Tourists places : Hotels and restaurants in the old city .

  • Photography clubs , consulates , schools .

The campaign invited the people to pay a visit to the old city and to take pictures of the daily life there where 40 persons have participated and presnted 125 expressing pictures .

Photos were exhibited from June 24th till 24th of July in Shibani ( a historical building that the project in undertaking its restoration to be used as a social and cultural center ) .

The exhibition was under the patronage of his excellency Mr. Usama Hamed Adi the governor of Aleppo city and it was opened with the presence of his excellency Mr. Schuppius the German Ambassador to the Syrian Arab Republic and some responsible .

حملة التصوير الضوئي

تندرج حملة التصوير الضوئي ضمن النشاطات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي تتصل بالناس مباشرة بهدف تعريفهم بالمدينة القديمة وأهميتها التاريخية والعمرانية .

انطلقت الحملة في 5 / أيار / 2004 من خلال حملة إعلانية تركزت في :

  • مراكز تجمع الشباب ( المراكز الثقافية , الجامعات .. ) .

  • أماكن تواجد السياح ( فنادق ومطاعم المدينة القديمة ) .

  • مراكز ونوادي التصوير - القنصليات - المدارس ...

دعت الحملة الناس إلى زيارة المدينة القديمة والتقاط صور للحياة فيها وقد شارك حوالي / 40 / مشترك قدموا / 125 / عملا معبرا ,

تم عرض هذه الأعمال في معرض خاص من 24 / حزيران وحتى 24 / تموز في مدرسة الشيباني ( مبنى أثري يقوم المشروع بترميمه على مراحل ويستخدم كمركز ثقافي واجتماعي ) .

تفضل السيد محافظ حلي الأستاذ أسامة حامد علي برعاية هذا المعرض وافتتحه بمشاركة السفير الألماني وعدد من الشخصيات الهامة .
